Clear rules you can check.
We build systems from small, readable rules instead of one black box. You can see every rule, test it and change it. The pattern below is Rule 110 — a single simple rule that produces remarkably complex results.

Every exception added to a system has to be maintained, and over time they pile up until nobody knows the real policy. We keep rules few and clear, and we judge a system by what it actually does — not by what it was designed to do.

XAM creates NECTA-format exam papers, marking guides, notes and revision cards on the Windows computers schools already have. It works offline — no internet or API key needed.

Half Life measures the true cost of trading on Tanzania's stock exchange, the DSE — spreads, price impact and fees — and tests whether an investment strategy still makes money after those costs. It's a research tool, not a trading platform.

Jamhuri drafts circulars, parliamentary answers, diplomatic notes and budget speeches in Kiswahili or English, for all 25 ministries. It runs fully offline on a local computer.

Fleet Control
Every lorry, live on one map.
Fleet Control shows the position, speed and idle time of a 15-lorry fleet in real time, and replays any lorry's route for any day. It works with the GPS trackers the client already had.

Our systems recommend. People decide.
A system can rank 200 credit accounts by risk in under a second, but it won't change anyone's credit limit on its own. It sends a recommendation, and the person responsible approves or rejects it.

No. Nothing important happens without a person approving it first. Every decision is recorded with the data used, the rule applied, the options considered and who approved it — and you get that record as part of the system.
